How to schedule

Book online, or call and we will find a time together.

Video or phone: your choice

Video: You can join from a phone, tablet, or computer. We use Google Meet, and I will send you a link before we meet.

Phone: I will call you at the time we set.

In person: Only in some cases, by special arrangement. Please ask if you need to meet in person.

What to bring or prepare

You do not need everything on this list. Bring what you have.

  • Your passport and any visa you have
  • Your green card or work permit, if you have one
  • Any letters from the immigration agency (USCIS) or the immigration court
  • Copies of past immigration applications
  • Marriage or birth certificates for the family members involved
  • A list of the dates you entered and left the U.S., if you know them
  • Your questions, written down

Please do not email documents before we meet. You can show them during the meeting, or we can talk about a safe way to share them.

What a consultation is, and is not

In a consultation, we talk about your situation, your options, and what the process looks like. A consultation by itself does not make me your lawyer. I become your lawyer only after we both agree to work together.

Contacting this office does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not send confidential details until we have spoken and agreed to work together.
